1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit or use Wiikly, a personal finance tracking service operated by Think Lab Apps (“Think Lab Apps,” “we,” or “us”). By using Wiikly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Wiikly does
Wiikly helps you organize financial activity, budgets, savings goals, reports, and weekly reviews. You can enter records manually or import a statement file for review. Wiikly does not automatically connect to your bank, initiate payments, transfer money, or change your bank balance.
3. Not financial, legal, or tax advice
Wiikly provides tracking, calculations, summaries, and optional AI-generated text for informational purposes. It is not a bank, financial adviser, investment adviser, accountant, or lawyer, and it does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Make your own decisions and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
4. Your account and information
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity carried out through your account. Keep your profile information current, and do not share bank passwords, PINs, full card numbers, or other financial credentials in Wiikly.
You keep your rights to the records and other material you submit. You give Think Lab Apps permission to host, process, display, and back up that material as needed to provide, secure, and maintain Wiikly, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
5. Imports and AI features
Only import files and information that you have the right to use. Review parsed entries, possible duplicates, and category suggestions before saving them. You are responsible for checking that amounts, dates, descriptions, and categories are accurate.
AI category suggestions and personalized insight text may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are suggestions, not decisions or promises. Details about what those features send to Google Gemini are in the Privacy Policy.
6. Connected MCP clients
If you connect a third-party MCP client, it can read or change Wiikly records only through the tools and permissions you enable. You are responsible for reviewing its requests and results. Revoke the connection or turn off its permissions in Settings when you no longer want it to access your workspace. A connected client cannot move money or make payments through Wiikly. The client’s own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of that client.
7. Acceptable use
Use Wiikly lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, try to access another person’s account or records, misuse connected tools, or upload malicious content. Do not use Wiikly as a substitute for keeping your own reliable financial records.
8. Service changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Wiikly to maintain or improve the service, address security concerns, or meet legal requirements. We aim to keep the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. You should keep your own records and use the export feature for a copy of your workspace.
9. Our content and software
Wiikly’s name, design, software, and original content belong to Think Lab Apps or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use Wiikly while you follow these terms. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its intellectual property to you.
10. Suspension and account closure
We may restrict or suspend access if reasonably needed to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or maintain the service. You may stop using Wiikly at any time and request account data deletion by contacting Think Lab Apps through the official links on the Wiikly home page. Requests are reviewed and processed separately; submitting a request does not immediately erase browser copies or exported files.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Wiikly is provided without a promise that every calculation, import, insight, or record will be complete or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes a consumer right or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Where the law permits, Think Lab Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Wiikly; this does not limit liability that applicable law requires us to accept.
12. Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory consumer rights and protections that apply to you. We may update these terms as Wiikly changes. The date above shows when this version was last updated; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
For questions about these terms, contact Think Lab Apps through the official links on the Wiikly home page. For personal information, see the Privacy Policy.
